At Helix ABA Services, we strive to provide quality services for children of all ages (1 to 20 year olds) with autism spectrum disorder. We are a new and expanding company with a focus on quality control within the organization and supporting the quality of life of the individuals we serve.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree in a human services field;
  • BCBA credential (BCaBA credential to be considered)
  • Written and oral communication skills
  • Reliable internet connection

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Telehealth experience
  • At least two years of experience as a BCBA
  • Parent training
  • Staff training
  • Natural environment training experience

JOB GOAL: The BCBA will provide support to individuals and their families by coordinating and providing services in Applied Behavior Analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide oversight and direction for all areas of programming
  • Monitor and support behavior technicians
  • Complete assessments, functional analyses, and related tasks
  • Complete clinical documentation and reports
  • Consult and collaborate with caregivers, teachers, doctors, professionals, etc.
  • Create ongoing data collection system and analyze data effectively
  • Develop behavior plans/treatment plans
  • Use of and educating others on the use of antecedent strategies for reducing problematic behavior
  • Case review meetings
  • Staff training
  • Caregiver/Parent training
  • Keep current with the literature and new research in the field
  • Maintain continuing education credits to maintain BCBA certification
  • Perform other duties as assigned
